Born into a family of journalists and audiophiles, the art of sound is in my bones. Years of volunteering at CKUT led to working at the community radio station Radio Shalom, until southern Saskatchewan drew me away from Montreal and into freelancing as a podcast editor.
I now help artists, podcasters, documentary producers and organizations bring their audio projects to life. I've worked with a wide range of clients with diverse needs and experience levels. Past collaborators include New Adventures in Sound Art, Microsoft, and the University of Ottawa.
As an independent audio artist, my work has been supported by the Canada Council for the Arts and SK Arts. (More on the art side of my practice here.) I have a special fondness for prairie sounds, cassette tapes, intimate storytelling and non-linear narratives.
Sculpting and cutting sound into interesting stories is what I love to do. Whether your project is big or small, I can help you mold it into its final form. Get in touch if you want to make some audio magic together!
